The Detroit IT User Group (DITUG) has been formed to bring together current students, alumni and technology professionals and enthusiasts from the metropolitan Detroit community in an effort to explore and understand new technologies and IT services, i.e. Unified Communications, Virtualization, NAS/SAN, SaaS/S+S, WiFi/WiMAX, Web 2.0, Managed Services, Web 2.0/3.0, Remote Support Services, etc. The group will be inviting speakers and members of the IT community to share their insight and experience in these areas by way of presentations and demonstrations.
DITUG is a member of the Global IT Community Association (GITCA) which is a network of IT Professional User Groups, created to bring these groups together with each other and with leading IT solution providers.
